_AVNA was responsible for the following hotel developments, proposals and redevelopment in the RSA and abroad: La Cotte Hotel in Franschoek, Lemoenkloof Boutique Hotel, Lanzerac Wine Estate Phase I, Hotel Investigation King’s Crest in the Strand and a Resort Hotel conceptual design on the island of Guanaja, Honduras. AVNA’s most recent hotel design work involves a resort hotel on the shores of Lake Changalele in the DRC and a Boutique Hotel in Lubumbashi.
