A wide range of specialist knowledge, gained by various team members who have been tasked with specific building types in the past at AVNA or previous practices exists. These skills are brought to bear in a team invironment where expertise is shared amongst team members assigned to a project. Management systems are built up through experience and used to create a project management plan specific to the building / project type and client’s circumstances. AVNA manages project risks for the client and ensures tasks are efficiently and timeously executed by all role players when appointed on a comprehensive service package.
